Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services offered by Jayanthinathan Agency ("the Agency", "we", "us"), a studio that designs and builds software products, mobile apps, and web apps. By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
The Agency provides software, mobile app, and web app design and development services as agreed in a signed statement of work. We deliver software and, where applicable, source code and documentation — no physical goods are manufactured, stocked, or dispatched.
Engagements & Payment
Scope, milestones, fees, and timelines for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice; overdue payment may pause active development until settled.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, assets, credentials, and approvals needed to deliver the build.
- Review milestones and respond to feedback requests within agreed timeframes.
- Hold the necessary rights to any content, brand, or data supplied to the Agency.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code and deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. The Agency retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries it reuses across projects.
Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Refund Policy
Because our engagements are milestone-based development work, refunds are assessed against work delivered rather than a fixed goods-return window.
Before Work Begins
A project cancelled before development has started is eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed (e.g. licenses, app store fees).
After Work Begins
Once a milestone is underway, fees for the portion of work already completed are non-refundable. Any unearned balance for milestones not yet started is refunded on cancellation.
House Circle Customer Application Refunds

How to Request a Refund
Email accounts@jayanthinathanagency.com with your invoice or booking number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Jayanthinathan Agency collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Contact details you provide through enquiry or project-brief forms — name, email, phone number.
- Payment details, processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic usage data (pages viewed, browser type) collected automatically for site analytics.
How We Use It
Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver booked engagements, send invoices, and — only with consent — share occasional updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data Retention & Security
Records and any project data are retained only as long as needed to fulfil an engagement or meet legal obligations, and are protected with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@jayanthinathanagency.com.
Return Policy
Jayanthinathan Agency does not support returns. We deliver software, mobile apps, and web apps rather than physical products, so there is no item to send back. Concerns about the quality or scope of a delivered build are handled under our Refund Policy above.
Shipping Policy
Jayanthinathan Agency does not ship goods. All deliverables — source code, builds, and deployments — are handed over digitally, so no courier, freight, or delivery charges apply to any engagement.
