House Circle Partner — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the House Circle Partner mobile application (Android Package Name: housecircle.partner), developed and operated by Jayanthinathan Agency ("we", "us", "our").

House Circle Partner is the dedicated application for service professionals, servicemen, technicians, and contractors ("Partners", "you") providing home repair and maintenance services through the House Circle platform. This policy outlines how we collect, verify, use, and protect your personal details, KYC identity documents, location data, and payout information.

To ensure trust, safety, and regulatory compliance on the platform, we collect comprehensive identity information and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from all service partners:

A. Partner Profile & Contact Information

• Full Name, mobile phone number, and primary email address.
• Specialized skills, trade categories (e.g. plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair), and experience history.

B. Mandatory KYC Verification Documents

Before any partner can accept jobs or request earnings withdrawals, full KYC documentation must be submitted through the app:

• Government Identity & Address Proof: Official copy of Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.
• Document Registration Number: Validated government document identification number.
• Detailed Physical Address: Full home address and business location proof.
• Document Photographs: High-resolution front and back photographic images of the submitted identity proof document.
• Live Partner Photograph: Clear recent photograph / selfie of the partner for profile identity verification.

C. Job Execution & Media Attachments

• Job Completion Photos: Photographs taken before and after service completion to confirm work quality and substantiate payout claims.

Submitted KYC details undergo strict administrative review and verification:

• Admin Review: Our verification team inspects the submitted identity documents, registration numbers, and partner photo. The submission is either approved or rejected with detailed feedback for resubmission.
• Withdrawal Prerequisite: KYC completion and approval is strictly mandatory prior to requesting any earnings withdrawal from your partner wallet balance.
• 1-Year Validity & Annual Re-verification: Approved KYC status remains valid for one (1) year from the date of approval. Upon expiration of the 1-year period, partners must submit updated identity proof to maintain active dispatch eligibility and withdrawal privileges.
• Status Tracking: Partners can monitor their real-time KYC verification status at any time inside the app settings tab.

A. Real-Time Geolocation Tracking

When the partner app is active or toggled on to receive bookings, we collect fine and coarse location data (GPS) to:

• Match and dispatch nearby customer service requests to your location in real time.
• Provide turn-by-turn navigation assistance to customer job sites.
• Display your approximate vicinity to assigned clients during active job transit.

B. Camera & Storage Access

We access your device camera and image storage strictly to allow you to photograph identity documents during KYC registration and upload proof-of-work completion photos for customer jobs.

To process earnings payouts and direct wallet withdrawals, we collect banking and account payout details, including bank account number, IFSC code, account holder name, and UPI address. Financial data is encrypted and used exclusively to process your requested payouts.

The House Circle Partner app requests the following system permissions:

• Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Enables clients near you to discover your services and allows job dispatch while available.
• Camera Permission (CAMERA): Required to photograph KYC identity documents and capture completed job photos.
• Photo Library Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to select and upload document photos from your photo gallery.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required to deliver instant new job alerts, customer messages, and withdrawal approval updates.

We share limited partner information with the following parties:

• Assigned Customers: Your first name, photo, star rating, and phone contact are shared with customers who book a service request assigned to you.
• Payout Gateways & Banking Partners: Account details are shared with registered banking nodes to process direct earnings transfers.
• Google Maps API: Used for routing, location distance calculation, and address mapping.
• Firebase / Cloud Infrastructure: For secure database storage, notification delivery, and app stability logging.

KYC records, identity proof photos, and transaction logs are securely retained during your active partnership and for 1 year following annual renewal or account closure to meet statutory audit and fraud prevention requirements.

Account Deletion Steps (In-App): Login to House Circle Partner app → Profile → Settings → Deactivate / Delete Account.

You have the right to request access to your profile data or request account termination and data removal by emailing privacy@progighub.com. Account removal requires settlement of any outstanding customer jobs and wallet payouts.
