Account Deletion Instructions

This document provides step-by-step account deletion instructions for users of House Circle (housecircle.client) and House Circle Partner (housecircle.partner), developed and operated by Jayanthinathan Agency.

You have full right to request permanent account deletion and data removal at any time.

Customers can deactivate or permanently delete their account directly inside the app by following these steps:

• Open and log into the House Circle application on your phone.
• Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom menu bar.
• Select Settings.
• Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
• Tap Delete Account Permanently and confirm your request.

Service professionals and servicemen can deactivate or delete their partner account using the following steps:

• Open and log into the House Circle Partner application on your phone.
• Navigate to the Settings tab.
• Scroll down to Danger Zone.
• Tap Delete Account Permanently and confirm.

Note for Partners: Account deletion requires settlement of all pending wallet earnings payouts and completion of any active customer bookings prior to final deactivation.

If you cannot access the mobile application, you can submit an account deletion request via email:

• Email address: privacy@progighub.com
• Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
• Include in Email: Your registered full name and mobile phone number used during sign-up.

Email requests are processed and confirmed by our admin team within 2 to 3 business days.

• Permanently Purged Data: User account profile details, phone number, email address, saved delivery addresses, uploaded KYC identity photos, selfie photos, device push notification tokens, and saved settings are completely erased within 30 days.
• Retained Legal Records: Financial transaction histories, completed invoice receipts, and commission split logs are securely retained for up to 1 year solely for statutory accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
